Operating a range of modern CNC machines, CNC lathes, CNC machining centre, numerous manual lathes (swinging up to 1700mm diameter and up to 4.2 between centres) as well as universal, and vertical milling machines, and horizontal borers ensure we provide fast turnaround on one-off jobs and batch production with a reputation for specialised precision machining.
Our fabrication area includes MIG, TIG and Arc welders with ticketed welders. We have one of the most advanced engineering workshops in the region, employing highly skilled and experienced tradesmen. We are able to provide our customers with extensive fabrication in all types of materials, ferrous and nonferrous. We are committed to ensuring project completion to exacting standards, on time, on budget, providing services from general engineering to onsite maintenance and installation work.
The sheet metal area specialises in both ferrous and nonferrous fabrication. Our sheet metal area also includes a 4 metre press brake that folds sheet metal up to 12mm thick and we also have 3metre guillotine enabling us to provide the best for our customers
